Panasonic Vietnam is recruiting Service Engineer of Service Department position.
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

· Providing technical support of Air Conditioner for Authorized Service Center, dealers

· Monitoring and report quality of Air Conditioner in market

· Direct solving serious problems of Air Conditioner in the market

· Supporting customer in using, operating, installing, repairing Air Conditioner

· Working with factory for quality improvement


* Working place: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.

* REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male is preferred;
  • graduation or above in the field of Air-conditioning system.
  • Fresh graduation is accepted
  • Willing to travel for business
  • Good computer skill, good attitude and manner
  • Good command of English and communication skills
