    Our client is a well known international company in air conditioning and ventilation industry
    I- JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
    1. In charge for the daily operation, develop the team work, retain the key staff and provide the upgrade potential for the existing staff.
    2. Achieve HCM Service department Service Sales Target year on year for SA (Service Agreement)/SR (Service Repairing) /SP (Service Parts) with target gross margin.
    3. Standardize the service operation work flow through long term planning.
    4. Focus on the customer expectations and inquiries and provide quality and prompt service.
    5. Provide regular product training for the junior engineer and technician on a bi-monthly basis.
    6. Identify the successor and train; motivate him to be prepared for the upcoming challenges.
    7. Fully in charge of HCMC Service department when Service Manager is not on duty.

    II- JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    1. University graduate.
    2. Having full knowledge in mechanics and trading.
    3. At least four years’ working experience in air-conditioning field.
    4. Able to work independently with all levels of customers.
    5. Excellent command of English.
    6. High motivation and high sense of responsibility.
