Project engineer M&E - focused on HVAC system
DESCRIPTION
- Calculation of thermal demands of a building based on international regulations and standards
- Set up and administrate a Database of suppliers and equipment
- 2D and 3D Design of HVAC systems with advanced software system
- Co-ordination of the different design disciplines
- Co-operation with 3rd parties involved in the design process
- Technical consultancy for clients and contractors of projects
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, building equipment or plant engineering
- Knowledge of thermodynamic calculations
- Familiar with state of the art technical building systems
- Willingness to study about new technologies in technical building equipment
- Familiar with Auto CAD 2009
- Familiar with MS Office
- Good language skills in English
- Fluently Vietnamese
