Position Title Plumbing & HVAC Section Manager (01 position)
Function The primary function of the Plumbing & HVAC Section Manager is to oversee
the Plumbing & HVAC Team in all architectural project related matters
Duties This includes but is not limited to directing mid-management staffs (Team
Leader), setting short and long term strategic plans, and execution of key
decisions regarding the successful and profitable operation of the Plumbing
section. Also note that depending on actual workload, the Section Manager is
expected to assist each other in times of deadlines, etc…
Direct & delegate important matters to department staff
Ensure all Plumbing & HVAC Design Documents/ Quality records
generated by Department are strictly controlled and follow the SPCC
Quality Management System.
Determine project scheduling and estimate labor and material cost
from work plans
Experience required
10 years of experience in a professional consulting engineer’s office
At least 03 years in management position
Preferred – Experience working for international companies and large
scale projects. Experience managing several large scale projects
simultaneously and planning out workload and workforce
management to meet deadlines
Education Minimum - University Graduate of related Engineering fields
Preferred – Completed Managerial Training Course/ Degree
Preferred – Other educational assets such as Master’s, PhD or others
Skills Software fluency : AutoCAD (obligatory)
Preferred - Knowledge of infrastructure
Good organization and planning, multi-tasking skills.
Strong management and delegation abilities
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Capable in managing all relevant work to meet deadlines
Strong architectural ability and understanding
Language English fluency
Salary Negotiable (subject to experience)
