First Alliances" client is looking for a SERVICE ENGINEER in HCMC with the income USD 400-600 Net
SE RVICE ENGINEER

Duties:

• Plans and executes engineering activities including specification reviews, technical submittals, data base programming, graphic
  generation, testing procedures, material delivery, servicing schedules.

• Conducts all internal and external training programs and updates for customers and partners.

• Support sales activities with Sales Engineer and partners by participating in technical discussions with consultants and end
  customers

• Support and participate in marketing & sales promotion activities together with Sales Engineer and Partners such as Technical
  Presentations, Seminars, Exhibitions and Conferences

• Implements and ensures the quality and functionality of systems to meet customers" and partners" requirements

• Provide technical, application, warranty, testing and commissioning support to partners

• Provide competitive system design solution to end customers and partners

• Liase with Factory on new product information updates

Requirements

• Technologies: Applications in the BMS/HVAC system and product technologies

• Methodologies: quality management/work flow improvement process

• Profess. Knowledge:3-4 years BMS/HVAC experience in trouble shooting & handling of customer complaints with project

• Experience in trouble shooting, handling of customer complaints and project management. Product management experience preferred.

• Able to communicate and interact with different levels of people.
