Responsibilities:
• Manage all engineering aspect, customer claims of the whole Service Division activities, related to HVAC equipment in order to grow service business in the North.
• Manage service fulfillment effectively to satisfy and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Ensure and increase the safety awareness of service technicians and get them to fulfill all safety requirements.
• Provide coaching and necessary training for all technicians for productivities and service quality for company, Service agreement and service demand including troubleshooting in effectiveness.
Requirements:
· University/ College degree in HVAC/ Thermal & Refrigeration
· At least 10 years experience working in Multinational company
