JOB DESCRIPTION
- To serve existing customers and build new customers to understand their needs and requirements ,andsource for opportunities to provide total solutions whether in new equipment or retrofit opportunities, development projects or existing buildings.
- Generate budgeted sales, manage product mix and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales
- Able to assist customers in HVAC air conditioning design, conduct cost estimations, BOQ , prepare and attend to tender documents etc
- Responsible for project execution, coordination and site management including BOM, VO up to installation, T&C and systems in running order
- Submit monthly sales report and project updates to direct manager as required
- Possess market intelligence on contracting /controls related projects & opportunities, competition , trends, contingency plans for changing market conditions
- Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels at all times.
- Carry out any other duties & responsibilities as required by company
- Degree/masters in mechanical engineering / hvac / refrigerant (preferred) or electrical/electronic
- 2-3 years relevant experience in technical sales or industrial sales environment
- Knowledgeable about hvac chiller systems /refrigerant/ product components essential
- Able to work with autocad and provide hvacaircond system designs and solutions
- Familiarity with controls and building automation systems will be advantageous
- Experience in project management or project execution/ site management
- Results oriented with good selling/marketing skills to build strong relationships with direct owners, builders, M&E contractors, dealers, consultants, architects
- Proactive & analytical mindset to search and hunt for potential business
- Good interpersonal to build good customer relations
- Resourceful, dynamic team player
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Willingto work hard and grow with the company
- Salary pay: around $400 - $1000
