• Manage with his team the development of ELECTRICAL / HVAC drawings.
• Plan team work schedule to meet deadlines including checking, modifying & printing time.
• Preliminary check the drawings before submit to M&E Design Managers / Directors.
• Provide technical matters to the M&E Design Manager.
• Ensure that all drawings are checked by M&E Design Manager before output.
• Check input documents to be registered at secretary / reception.
• Submit all amended drawings to M&E Design Manager along with the previous checked drawings.
• Record control of project extension on computers/CD including all revisions.
• Verify code of drawings in accordance with revision, modification or amendment
• Prepare Electrical /HVAC drawings, specification, documents, for submittal and approval to various review client.
• Provide professional engineering, planning, design and construction of project development layouts.
• Prepare design, specification & documents of Electrical / HVAC system.
• Develop technical drawings, specifications, estimates and reports.
