Job requirements
General
Junior Staff: 26-30 years (more than 2 years)
Consultants & Senior Consultants :26-40 years (more than 5 years experience)
Technical
Holding a Degree in QS or Construction Economics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer
Preferable experience: Tendering, Pricing, Estimate and Measurement
Good background in industry knowledge, suppliers, sources for quotes
Can take off quantity in short time
Methodical
Self-discipline and good sense of order and logical methods of working
Analytical skills
Writing report skills; Good communication skills, Medium English Proficiency
Social
Can work independently as well as in team
Well perform under pressure
Honest and responsible
Team leader skill
