Our client is a well know international company in air conditioning and ventilation industry
I- JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Develop Residential Project Sales network in Vietnam.
2. Handle the discussion with contractors / customers for Residential Project sales contracts.
3. Responsible for achieving Residential Project sales results in accordance with set targets,
within a specific territory, or group of accounts, by contacting established contractors /
consultant / customers and selling directly to specific project owners.
4. Work independently, but refers serious or non-routine problems to Sales Manager.
5. Compiles market information on competitors’ prices and activities, purchasing power.
6. Assist Sale Manager in the sales contract & payment term for all Residential Projects Sales.
7. Assist Sales Department in implementing the company’s marketing & promotion program.
8. Co-operate with service department about warranty procedures to present clearly service warranty to project sites.
9. Knowledge in contacting all factories & sales office to get information
10.Monitor and survey activities of competitors selling Residential air-con equipments in Vietnam.
11.Compiles market information on competitors’ prices

II- JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. University graduate in Engineering
2. Two years of related working experience.
3. Good command of spoken and written English.
4. Solid using computer skills.
