Công ty Boydens Engineering Việt Nam (http:/www.boydens.be) muốn phát triển khu vực HCM cần tuyển dụng 01 Trưởng nhóm thiết kế dự án Cơ điện
Công việc
- Phụ trách giám sát và thực hiện thiết kế ý tưởng cơ điện cho các dự án tòa nhà trong khu vực phía Nam.
- Tham gia các buổi họp thiết kế với khách hàng, kiến trúc sư và các bên khác.
- Thu thập thông tin yêu cầu tư khách hàng, và kiến trúc.
- Truyền đạt thông tin cho kỹ sư thiết kế tại văn phòng Hà Nội.
- Tham gia giám sát lắp đặt cơ điện trong giai đoạn thi công.
- Báo cáo thường xuyên cho Quản lý vận hành.
Yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy chuyên ngành điều hòa không khí, điện, nhiệt lạnh từ các trường Đai học bách khoa, Công nghiệp, Xây dựng, SPKT.
- Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm là thiết kế, quản lý dự án cơ điện công trình văn phòng, khách sạn...
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng làm việc cho các công ty nước ngoài khác.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ IELTS hoặc TOEIC.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp khách hàng, thuyết trình.
- Sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD, ưu tiên ứng viên biết sử dụng Revit.
Lương và lợi ích khác:
- Lương: 1200-2000USD. Cụ thể thỏa thuận khi phỏng vấn.
- Bảo hiểm y tế quốc tế + BHXH theo quy định.
- 15 ngày nghỉ phép có lương và các ngày nghỉ khác theo quy định.
- Du lịch hàng năm.

What You Will Do
***Work Location: Mac Dinh Chi Street, HCMC, Vietnam
***Duties and Responsibilities:
• Under the coordination of the Project Manager (foreigner), implementing project management processes to be applied to all projects for topics related to C&S, MEPF or environmental consultancy.
• Being responsible for supervising the study and conceptualization of projects entrusted to you, in consultation and coordination with the project manager and your fellow project engineers.
• Leading and supervising the design process, especially the calculation and outlining of the techniques, assisted by one or more design engineers from the electrical and mechanical design departments.
• Guiding the designers for the preparation of the design specifications and subsequently – together with the client and architect(s) – you evaluate the tender documents.
• Being responsible for the technical supervision of the project execution.
• Ensuring customer-oriented consultation with the architect and developer/investor, to whom you are the assigned technical specialist in building services engineering. You also ensure feedback to the design engineers in the office and a smooth reporting to the project managers.
What You Are Good At
• 5 years of experience working experience in engineering field for commercial and public buildings
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Being familiar with Autocad, Naviswork and Revit
• Vietnamese
