với hơn 50 năm hoạt động đang tuyển 01 vị trí kỹ sư thiết kế Senior HVAC Designer tại văn phòng Hà Nôi.
Yêu cầu:
+ Tốt nghiệp các trường đại học Bách Khoa, Xây dựng, Công nghiệp, ... chuyên ngành nhiệt lạnh, điều hòa không khí, thông gió.
+ Trên 07 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế hệ thống HVAC cho nhà dân dụng, cao tầng, khách sạn, trung tâm thương mại...
+ Chứng chỉ thiết kế hệ thống thông gió-cấp nhiệt hạng 1
+ Nắm vững QC/TCVN và các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế khác liên quan.
+ Biết sử dụng tốt AutoCAD, biết Revit sơ cấp sẽ được ưu tiên.
+ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
Làm việc tại Hà Nội. làm việc 5 ngày/tuần nghỉ thứ 7 và Chủ nhật
Bảo hiểm XH và BH Y tế quốc tế 100% và các khoản thuế khác được đóng đầy đủ.
Lương: 1200-2000$ ( Thỏa thuận khi phỏng vấn )
Được đào tạo bởi các chuyên gia nước ngoài, đào tạo tiếng Anh, đào tạo Revit MEP

Senior HVAC Engineer
1. Job title and positions: Senior HVAC Engineer
2. Work Location: 36 hoang cau, hanoi
3. Duties and Responsibilities:
Design mechanical installations at different stages of projects in Vietnam and overseas in
close collaboration with external local and foreign teams
Act as the quality controller of the technical designs
Lead the communication process with internal and external team when needed
Producing concept, basic and detailed drawings in Autocad and/or in Revit
Ensuring the designs are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international
standards
Undertaking all necessary mechanical design and appropriate equipment size
calculations
Producing the design specifications, design reports to finalize projects as required
Other duties upon request
4. Requirements
At least 7 years of experience working in mechanical designing (especially HVAC systems)
Be able to critically review the design works of other designers, control & ensure the
quality of drawings to be sent out.
Be able to communicate fluently in English, in both written and oral commands
Practical experience in designing HVAC (at all phases) for at least 10 buildings
University diploma
Excellent knowledge of Autocad and Revit
In-depth knowledge of local codes & standards
Knowledge of construction site
Additional language or study abroad will be taken into consideration
Vietnamese (or owner of a permanent residence card/working permit)
