Position: PROJECT SALES ENGINEER - HVAC

Location: HCMC



· Work with other HVAC Sales Engineers in providing distinctive sales support in HVAC equipment, system design and HVAC system solutions to satisfy customers' needs.

· Develop the plans for the equipment sales business in the assigned market segment. Developing the equipment sales business in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth.

· Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results.

· To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leadership Review Plan (LRP) objectives to his business segment within the HVAC sales department.

· Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth.

· Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors' activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programs.· To manage the secured projects diligently in terms of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimize additional rework or unplanned cost and ensure prompt collection.

· Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve highly profitability and excellent payment collection position at all time..

Requirements

· University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil engineering, major in Heat engineering and refrigeration or HVAC preferable.

· 2-3 years and above experience in sales of air-conditioning equipment.

· Able to communicate well in English.

· Working in the HVAC sales or related industries is an advantage.

· Good communication skill and good contacts in the Industries.
