Mô tả Công việc:*** Job Summary:
- Repair & Maintenance for all kinds of Freezers (Cabinet, Vertical Freezer…) of Super Market & CVS (Convenient Stores) in Ho Chi Minh (plan by 500 units by exit 2011)
- Manage service providers to do R&M for MT in nationwide.
- Consult & support the technical issues for MT channel.
- Issue the guideline for the installation/handling/operation of Freezer for the new store opening and support on site if business required.
- Be responsible for cold chain management in MT and warrant the product quality.
- Be the member of Audit team, propose the improvement plan and implement the plan properly for MT.
- Manage all R&M scope of work at our central warehouse (Binh Duong).
- Manage the quality of cold chain equipments (Freezer, Deep Freezer…) during the loading & unloading.
- Manage spare part stock at our central warehouse
- Study the new HC (Hydro Carbon) technology of IC cabinet and can manage the service provider of HC cabinet.
- Be leader for delegated cold chain improvement projects.
*** Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of IC product in MT.
- Ensure the quality of R&M service in MT.
- Be the ambassador to serve the MT customers in IC Category.
- Ensure the quality of the whole cold chain process/operation in MT.
- Deliver delegated projects.
- Ensure the quality & safety of repairing HC cabinet.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- University/College degree holder from electricity/refrigeration majors.
- At least 1 year experience in repair, maintenance service for commercial refrigeration
- Good communication, Influencing, Negotiating skills, Problem Solving skills.
- Basic in technical English, and computer skills (email/word/excel).
- Open-Minded, Teamwork, Customer Services Mindset.
- Mature & Discipline, hard working, high accountability, willing to support others.
