Sales Manager
Job Description
·Manage the overall operation of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning.
·Develop the sales and marketing strategy of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning products to the market and ensure the achievement of company’s goals and profitability.
·Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
·Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
·Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
·Supervise, motivate and monitor the team performance & development.
·Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
·Align policies and processes within the organization as well as between other divisions
·Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Qualification
·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or related engineering fields
· Age: above 40
·Minimum 5-year experience in industrial market with multi-national firm at the same level
·Good command of both spoken and written English
·Highly self motivated and result oriented
·Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
·Willingness to travel and work in a regional team of professionals
·Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
·Ability to work independently and communicate well at all levels

Report to Director of Sales – ASEAN.
