Job description
- Performing repairs, maintenance, installation, timely warranty Home Appliances products.
- Consult and guide end users on how to use the product, and advise about the product's technical characteristics,
- Manage warranty products and spare parts, not to be lost or damaged,
- Evaluate the status of goods promptly recovered before warehousing clearly and accurately.
- Make daily reports as prescribed,
- Complying with the company's processes and principles to ensure safety and quality of products,
- Support the sales department to promote sales.
- Support other jobs in the Tech Depart. upon request from the head.
Job requirements
- Male, graduated from Technical secondary or higher
- Good English (required)
- Knowledge of repairing and installing electrical appliances.
- Knowledge of repair, installation of refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerators, ...
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good reading skills for technical documents
- Careful, high job responsibility.
The proposed salary for this position will range from VND 8,000,000 ~ VND 20,000,000 (depending on the ability of work or experience)
