Primary Role
Provide marketing equipment team leadership to insure that customer needs for equipment service & installation are met in a timely & professional manner and a high return on assets’ investment.
Accountabilities
I. Provide an excellence field customer service:
- Ensure equipment installation & pick-up to meet sales requirement.
- Ensure repair & PM to meet customer requirement.
- Ensure quality of products to meet PepsiCo’s standard.
II. Asset utilization
- Ensure labor safety, hygiene, correct appearance, etc, of equipment in field
- Effectively manage 3rd party service in providing excellence maintenance service
- Introduce & sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency
III. Continuously improve ME’s KPIs
- Collect, monitor and reinforce ME’s KPIs continuously & effectively.
- Build up processes to support sales team to improve volume per coolers and purity.
- Maximize the asset using efficiency
Requirements:
• Bacherlor Degree in relevant field
• Leadership skill.
• Active, good at communications and teamwork.
• Strong in problem solving skill.
• Fluent in Computer (Excel and Power Pint)
