We are MDC (Manpower Development Company) providing Human Resource services in Vietnam. Executive Search, Payroll and American Human Resources Software (SuccessFactors) being supplied to corporations, organizations and companies operating in Vietnam are our core Human Resource services.
Our customer is a global leading supplier of engineering solution in Southeast Asia. They are now urgently looking for a Sales Manager who joins in their business mainly in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role will cover all M&E Sales activities of Contracting Division Branch:
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is in charge of Contracting Development and Client Relationship as well as tracking rules and regulations, ethics, guidelines established at national level.
- Consider Safety as the highest priority in all M&E Contracting Development activities;
- Establish and control the Safety Rules and keep these as a highlighted commitment during negotiation process with Clients;
- Target and maintain new potential clients as well as new projects;
- Ensure maximization of company’s brand exposure;
- Establish strategic business plan basing on market research and analysis;
- Build effective communications and strong relationship with clients to understand their requirements and to effectively deal with them;
- Involve in advising leaders in Strategic and Commercial Management;
- Follow up progress of project and Clients’ satisfaction while offering the best solution to close sales;
- Together with Division’s Director / Branch Managers involve in Forecasting activities of Sales;
- Assist in Tendering process to gain the commercial input in Tender Evaluation;
- Ensure professional aspects in defining conditions in times of Contractual negotiation;
- Support other departments in enhancing Client’s relationship; strongly co-ordinate with Marketing Manager in implementing Sales activities;
- Involve in process of Payment recovery or improvement whenever be required;
- Ensure all commercial activities be in compliance with company’s Management Standards;
- Prepare periodic reports to Division’s Director / Branch Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. Owning Master degree in M&E is highly preferred;
- Vietnamese only, at least 35 years old;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position in Engineering and Construction field;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Ability to provide value-added business solutions and alternatives;
- Proven track record in a Construction/Engineering sales environment with overall responsibility for a sales department and sales budget;
- Possess strategic and commercial attitude;
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;
- Experience in working with M&E contractors and consultants would be a plus;
- Good working ethics and highly result-oriented;
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally.
