Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the engineering team to improve the efficiency of equipment, systems and operations.
- To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery levels for the occupiers.
- Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical & Electrical systems.
- Check and follow-up service and repair work from any contractors.
- Follow-up the preventive maintenance program signed to any contractors.
- Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report.
- Generate a standard and method to control maintenance cost.
- Generate a standard and method to save all energy
- Generate a standard and all mechanical & electrical equipment’s method to record and system defects
- Generate a standard and method to record all mechanical & electrical equipment and system repairs
- Generate preventive maintenance program, schedule and check-list
- Generate a standard procedure to evaluate the preventive maintenance program
- Set technician training if required
- Generate energy saving plan
- Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy consumption
- Generate a method to use all mechanical equipment and system in full capacity which will reduce energy consumption
- Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future planning
- Generate a standard and method to evaluate the energy saving plan
- Improve an energy saving plan
- Inspect condition of building structure
- Work Location:
- Line Manager: Chief Engineer
- Staff Managed: Any staffs (none on appointment)
- Financial Authority No authority to incur expenditure
- Hours of Work - 09:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays (1 Hour lunch break)
- 09:00 to 12:00 Saturdays
Primary Purpose of the Post:
- Support Chief Engineer (CE) to deliver a smooth operation and implement a suitable preventative maintenance plan for the entire building
- Support CE to update and prepare report for Property Manager
- In emergency situation, support CE and assist emergency service (Local authority, Police, Fire Fighting Department …)
- To ensure optimum satisfaction for all occupiers of the Facilities.
