Vị trí: HVAC Technical Advisor

Mô tả công việc:
- Engineering:
o In charge of all engineering aspect of the whole Service Division activities, related to HVAC and refrigeration.
o To collect from customer all necessary drawings/documents necessary to complete his task.
o To give technical advice to the customer and the management in order to be sure that the most efficient equipments will be installed.
o To conduct all engineering calculation in order to confirm or not that all selected equipments are matching the needs of the customer.
o To report all necessary information to his management, while keeping contact with our existing partners for new projects sourcing.
- Maintenance/ Installation:
o Make implementation, installation, fitting-out, testing and commissioning, maintenance and services for HVAC equipment;.
- Management
o Make estimates, purchases related to work implementation;
o Set-up work schedule, manage staff allocation and control works at sites;.
- Customer Service
o Be responsible for handling all customers’ call for services, troubleshooting and complaints…
- General/ Others:
o Be assigned to support projects of Comin Hanoi
o Perform other works are requested by Operation Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Must have:
o Male, 35 years old in minimum, Vietnamese citizen.
o Engineer of HVAC or related fields
o Good at Microsoft Office (Work, Excel), AUTOCAD
o Good English communication skills
o Good knowledge and strong practical skills with at least 5 years experience in installation, repairs, testing and commissioning, maintenance and services for HVAC equipment;
o Trustable, hard-working, good communication, planning and organization skill.
o Be able to work independently & in a team.
o Willing to travel to work away from home, even for long days abroad (if requested)
o Reliable, committed, responsible, high team spirit, initiative and result driven, sense of confidentiality.
- Nice to have:
o Previous experience in a manufacturer/supplier/contractor of HVAC, especially on chillers is preferable
