- Position: Mechanical Site Manager
- Quantity: 01
- Place of working: Hanoi, Vietnam
A. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To monitor activities of assigned staff, sub-contractors at site for both technical and management issues.
- To follow-up project progress as scheduled.
- To control project expenses.
- To be responsible for a proper implementation of the project at site in terms of schedule, quality, cost and etc.
- To maintain close relationship with contractors and suppliers.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- Male, at least 30 years old
- University graduated, major mechanical
- At least 8 years of experience in managing/controlling the installation, repairs, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumping, Fire Fighting) at sites.
- Good computer skills (Office and AutoCAD)
- Fluency in English
- Effective communication, good planning and organization skills.
- Strong leadership character and strategic thinking.
- Able to work under high pressure and ready to travel on business.
- Reliable, committed, responsible, high team spirit, initiative and result driven, sense of Confidentiality
