A. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- The objective of the jobholder is to ensure that Quality Level on COMIN’s projects is up to expectations, whether being of a regulatory nature, or of project’s specification.
- Responsible for establishing and administering quality policies on COMIN’s projects to ensure compliance with legal requirements, project specifications and applicable standards;
- Develop necessary documents and procedure for Inspection and testing
- Follow up of Inspection and Testing, ensure procedures are followed.
- Control of materials
- Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
- Advises management on the overall quality standard.
- Audit project’s quality output and report accordingly
- Coordinate with client and project team for implementation of T&C plan
- The jobholder shall provide the necessary reports to the QA & QC Manager, to monitor the progress of project implementation and the achievement of objectives.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- Ages from 27, Male/Female, Vietnamese citizen.
- University graduate in mechanical & electrical engineering.
- At least 3 - 5 years experiencing in QA & QS in M & E industry.
- Good and sound technical knowledge in Building’s mechanical & electrical systems.
- Experience in Testing & Commissioning or operation/ maintenance of systems is necessary
- English efficiency.
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Auto cad
- Able to work under pressure and ready to travel on business.
- Good communication skill
- Experience in analyzing technical specifications
- Experience in reviewing design / shop drawings for commissioning ability prior to installation
