- Position: Store keeper
- Quantity: 02
- Place of working: Hanoi, Vietnam
A. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Management:
o Keep the store clean, organized and tidy
o Control the quantity and condition of all leftover materials from completed projects.
o Make quarterly inventory and maintenance for all personal allocated tools and project tools.
o Make monthly inventory for all tools and safety equipment in store as well as do monthly maintenance for important tools. Repair broken tools ( if any).
o Make yearly master schedule for tool inventory, maintenance and calibration.
o Prepare the list of measuring tools for calibration yearly.
o Estimate detailed budget for purchasing new tools and safety equipments at every beginning of the year
o Every semi year, make purchasing order for new tools and safety equipment based on the budget and current demand for projects.
- Record & report:
o Follow and record the quantity and condition of all tools, safety equipment, consumables and materials daily in, out and allocated.
o Recording and managing all store information of tools and materials in out and allocation.
o Report and submit tool inventory and maintenance reports to OM.
o Make inventory report and submit purchasing consumable orders to OM and FC every quarterly.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- Must have:
o Male, ages from 20-35, Vietnamese citizen.
o Intermeadiate school/Vocationary School/College/University;
o Good command of computer, especially Microsoft Excel..
o Good at English (Level C).
o Be honest, mature and careful.
o On stand-by duty.
- Nice to have:
o 1~2 working experience as a storekeeper
o Accounting Intermediate school graduated.
