- University Degree in Electrical, Automation, Electronic major of Hanoi University of Technology, Hanoi University of Industrial or equivalent
- Be good in English;
- Good in MS office software and AUTO CAD.
- For Designing position request:
• Calculate Load list, Short Circuit, Drop voltage.
• Make Single Line Diagram (MV&LV System);
• Make Layout Electric room, Rout of cable
• Design LAN, TEL, PA, CCTV, FA system… following Vietnam and IEC standards.
• Make the quantity of material;
- For Supervision installation position at site request:
• Make schedule and sequence of installation work from starting to handover project.
• Acknowledge installation method of electric work (Transformer, HV/ LV Panel, Lighting, TEL, LAN, PA, FA, CCTV,…)
• Control subcontractor to meet schedule and quality of project.
• Cooperating with other department (Civil , Mechanical,..) in the site
• Make work done with client and subcontractor.
• Make report.

- At least 05 year experiences for Engineer and 07 - 10 year experiences for Manager
- Experience in Foreign companies and construction field (Factory/ High rise building/Apartment/ …) is preferred;
- Self motivated, analytical, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision; under high pressure in a team spirit.
- Team spirit and communication skills are highly appreciated.
- Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
- Team work; Technical skills; Problem solving; Management skills
