【Job summary】
Responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and repair of heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems for buildings.
Design systems for residential, Industrial, Institutional, Hospital, Pharmaceutical and commercial buildings from conceptual design, basic design to detail design stage.
Meet directly with clients, work with other engineering disciplines to design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems and prepare estimates Other duties may be assigned by the Civil Manager/ HVAC leader Report to Senior Manager, Civil Department Manager or HVAC leader =======================================================
【Requirement】
Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years experience as an HVAC Engineer for buildings Have problem solving skills to ensure the heating, cooling, refrigeration and ventilation systems Have experience in designing HVAC for buildings, Have experience in related systems such as Plumbing & Drainage system, Water supply and waste water treatment system, Fire fighting system, Pure water system, Steam system, Compressed air system, and electrical system.
Have experience in Clean room Project, GMP regulation.
Have design license or/ and supervision license in HVAC major system.
Good at computer and communication skills, CAD software and a strong attention to detail (Have Revit software skill is an advantage).
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of international codes and Vietnamese law and regulations Good English communication skills Willing to work in overseas and work at construction sites in other provinces Open minded and would like to have long time employment with our company JP skills (N3) =======================================================

●Japanese: N3 level(without N3)
