About the job:
• Job title : Sales Manager
• Reporting to : Officce Manager
• Job location : Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi
• Salary indication : Negotiable

Main activities of job:
• Generate budgeted sales, manage product mix, and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales territory.
• Develop good working relationships within all levels of existing customers.
• Develop new customer base.
• Determine and arrange training to meet the needs of customers.
• Know territory competition, utilities, builders and dealers.
• Assure dealer participation in Company programs.
• Expand light commercial market penetration.
• Work closely with inside sales team to assure complete customer coverage.
Job requirements:
• Min.5- 8 Yrs. HVAC / Sales Experience is preferable.
• Demonstrated competency in consultative, relationship, listening, and selling skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business and problem solving skills (including at the consumer level).
• Highly self-motivated, goal oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated competence in computer usage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing

Main activities of job:
• Engage in marketing and sale for Control System.
• Engage in marketing and Sales for Contract Solution.
• Provide Sales Support for Control and Contract Solution business.
• Coordinate with fulfillment team to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide customers in the level of solution provider (service).
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 1-3 years experience in selling control system business, control system business, BAS system, air conditioning.
• Experienced in Solution selling is advantage.
• Having strong air-conditioning background, HVAC system with control system and PLC programming will be an advantage.
• Excellent in computer skills is required.
• Good communication in English, preferablly TOEIC score 600 up.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Active personality with the analytical mind, positive thinking, pleasant personality, teamwork, service minded, adaptibilty, continuous self- improvement and effective in time management.
• Excellent in computer skill (MS-Office, Auto CAD both presentation & spreadsheet software) and presentation skill are required.
• Possessing a car with valid license and being willing to travel
