Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Location:Ho Chi Minh & Binh Duong


Our client is a 100% foreign owned real estate company looking for an experienced person to fill the position of (Mechanical and Electrical Engineer)

Requirements :
 Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field
 At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in Construction Industry.
 Preferably experience in ISO Quality Management System.
 Able to co-ordinate site works with minimal supervision.
 Must be prepared to work long hours in order to meet tight deadline.
 Understanding of general building techniques
 Good at CAD.
 Knowledge in design, tender, construction and commissioning of Mechanical/HVAC systems
 Knowledge in semi-conductor, facility construction projects is preferable
 Good team player, self motivated and possess strong analytical skills.
 Able to work independently, possess good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind and result oriented.
 Good communication skills in English written and verbal.


Responsibilities :
 Assist the M&E Manager on-site on all project coordination.
 Involve in coordination on-site on all M&E installation/Testing & Commissioning.
 Ensuring all ACMV activities are done according to Approved Design
 Liaise with drafting for updated construction drawings and subsequent as-built
 Liaise with relevant consultant/contractors on all related work issues.
