We are looking for:
1 X Senior Design Engineer in Technical Installations (ref.: SDE)
for the design of hvac and sanitary installations in sustainable projects

Function
• You are the designer of the technical installations (mostly hvac and sanitary) from the concept up to the completion of the specifications of the work
• You collaborate with, train and advise the junior team members
• You review the work of the junior team members
• You communicate with the clients and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information collected along meetings and its translation in calculations and plans
Profile
Mandatory
• Mechanical Engineering degree or other engineering degree with relevant experience
• Must hold the Engineer Practicing Certificate for construction activities, allowed sector: mechanical and electrical design for construction works (Chứng chỉ hành nghề kỹ sư hoạt động xây dựng, lĩnh vực được phép hành nghề: thiết kế cơ điện công trình)
• max. 40 years old
• Passion in designing sustainable HVAC installations
• Min. 3 years experience designing hvac, electrical installations and/or sustainable building solutions
• Good knowledge of Autocad (MEP) and excellent knowledge of MS Excell software
• Excellence in English (written and verbal)
• Able to write technical descriptions, elaborate bill of materials and other project documentation
• Team player, a curious person always eager to learn new software or technologies
• Customer-focused, service-minded
• Able to drive projects in a structured way, keeping promises, schedule and working days under control
Is a significant advantage:
• Post-Graduate in energy efficiency or other relevant field
• Experience working with German, Dutch or Belgian construction standards
• Experience working with sustainable buildings, energy modelling for a Western client
• Additional language such as French, Dutch, German or Mandarin
